jugad gur ay nama he
sat gur ay nama he
siri guru dev eh nama he
wahe guru ji ka khalsa
wahe guru ji ki fatahe

it means:
I praise the creator who was in the beginning
I praise the creator who was throughout the ages
I praise the true creator
I praise the great divine creator
the pure ones belong to god
victory belongs to god
