Kundalini Yogic Bodywork Techniques will be available from Guru Jiwan Singh Khalsa, at this festival.
It is a form of Yoga Therapy which works on stimulating and balancing the accupressure points located along the meridians or lines of energy in the body,( also used in acupuncture), adjusts the bones and completely de-stresses the entire body in one treatment. Yogic Skeletal Therapy can be applied over clothing on a massage table, or chair if necessary.
