Rubber Yoga Mats

Harmony Jade Yoga Mats are made from pure rubber which is a renewable natural source and safe for the environment. They are easy to clean, will not slip on hard surfaces and are available in many different colors and thicknesses and will last forever as long as they are not left out in the sun! The mats that you buy in the stores are made from PVC which is a chemical which is not safe for the environment and bad for your health. Since most yoga postures are performed on the floor and many of them are done laying face down with deep breathing through your nose, often your face is only a few inches away from your mat.
